G'Day and Welcome to Rockstarfish

My name is Jason Simpson and I have a deep passion for quality Australian and New Zealand sustainable seafood!

Before we get started, I just want to clarify that the rockstar is the product I represent, not me! I am but a humble part time roadie and part time promoter of the wonderful seafood products I am fortunate to represent.

I call myself a Piscatorial Promoter, partly because it is an accurate title for what I do and partly because a lot of people ask me what the &%$#! is a 'Piscatorial Promoter'?  This is a great conversation starter and those who know me are all to aware that I will talk about  seafood for hours on end. So go ahead and ask me, I dare you to!

I am proud to be associated with some of the best seafood producers and fisherman through out New Zealand and Australia.While they are scattered all over New Zealand/Australia and each fish for very different creatures , they all share the following characteristics.

1/All are passionate in producing the finest seafood in their class.

2/All choose to fish and harvest sustainably.

3/All are Australian and New Zealand producers.

My role is to communicate with wholesalers,chefs,specialty retailers and basically anyone who is involved with or is interested in high quality Australian and New Zealand sustainable seafood.
